The sun is shining, there is a nice breeze and the water beckons. What beats a wonderful day of sailing on the Markermeer? At Waterland Yacht Charter you can rent the J/80 for a day. This cabin cruiser is perfect for a day of fun on the water for the whole family. Not everyone always has time to rent a fully equipped cabin sailing yacht for a whole weekend or longer. However, a day of sailing can be just as much fun.

The J80 sailing subscription
The rate for a day of sailing from 9 AM to 5 PM with our J/80 is € 290.
We also offer the option of a sailing subscription: for € 1980 you can sail for eight days during the one season.
Looking for the option of a longer charter?
We have separate conditions for events such as the Frostbite. The boat is available to you for a long period of time and you can also moor it in Naarden. When it starts to freeze, you lift it out (in Naarden or in Monnickendam). In Monnickendam is free, that’s the advantage of owning a harbour 😉
Sailing experience
We assume that you can sail and ask you to fill in a sailing experience form. You can sail the J80 if you have keelboat experience. You don’t have this but do you have experience with dinghies/lasers/Feva’s? Then it will be fine if you are not the only sailor on board and the wind does not increase over 3 Bft. We rent the J80 per day and the weather forecast can be quite turbulent. Therefore always keep an eye on the forecast and call if you are in doubt. With a small crew the gennaker stays at home, and the same goes for strong winds.
